Cannabis is known for its ability to treat the nausea and vomiting, as well as stimulate appetite, in patients undergoing chemotherapy for cancer treatment. Now, new evidence is surfacing that suggests cannabis can also slow or halt the progression of cancer by attacking cancer cells without harming healthy cells.
